module is installed bout dont show in module and service

dear friends,

i have installed :

eicaptcha and smartsupp on prestashop 1.6.1.18

and i see the homeslider( image slider for your homepage ), smartsupp not showing in module and services ( i already change filters and try the search box ), had no luck to find and configure, instead when i search the OTHER module tab i see the ' image slider ' and the 'smartsupp' but the have the icon 'install' instead of 'configure', i attach the picture of the modules ( they are in other module tab ), and when i try to click the install button, the system says it already been installed.

please help

Are they paid? If they are, you can ask the developer for a fix
