Customizing fields on Checkout, presta 1.7

Customizing checkout was easy in Prestashop 1.6, everything needed was in two files:

order-carrier-opc-advanced.tpl, order-opc-new-account.tpl

However, these files no longer exist. Classic theme in 1.7, in 1.6 it was default-bootstrap. I've tried for hours and could not find solutions in any tpl or php file, maybe community can help?

1. I want only guest checkout and don't want to register customers. Login is disabled, but I cannot remove "Prijavi se" = "Log in" and Order as a guest tab, as in first image. I would like to remove the whole line with the tabs.

2. On the second step there is an empty customer field. How can I remove it?

3. How to remove the checkbox for invoice?
