Prestashop 1.7.2.4 Can't add manual order

Hi, I'm going crazy 'cause I've to add a manual order but I can't!

I've tried also in local clean installation without success.

I've added the new customer, but when I go to manually add a new order and I digit the first letter of the name to look for the customer, I got nothing.
