Layered Navigation (Colorpicker) - color attributes merge shades to one color

Hi,

I have products with different shades of colors and I need them merged under one color in layered navigation - is there any module that can do that? Unfortunately I did not find any

Let's say my product A has red color with number 03 and other shade of red with number  05, product B has shades 48 and 32 (these numbers are given by manufacturer) - I need all these shades to filter under 1 color - red.
