Attributes and features bar doesn't appear to select them for combinations

Hi.

When I try to add new combinations, the right bar containing the attributes and features doesn't appear. I've created the attributes and values for them.

I have a lot of combinations to create and without it it's a lot more difficult.

Can anybody help?
