Order not visible in the orders list / PS 1.6.17

Hello!
I currently have a strange issue on a prestashop 1.6.17:

Sometimes an order is not listet in the order view. I can see the cart of the customer and the generated order mail. Also payment was processed correctly. But the order is missing in der order view.

The nex order will skip the id of the missing order.

Does anyone know, what can cause such an issue? Maype the payment module (from sellxed)?

 I would go for the payment module first. I had problems like this related to rounding. The payment module calculated prices by it's own, a bit different from what the shop calculated. So first check the amounts - in the cart and in the payment system, maybe there is a small difference.

ok thank you. I had a look and the amounts are exactly the same. 

I will contact the payment module developer, if there are any known troubles or available updates.

Hi, have you found any explanation or solution? I have the same with Presta 1.7. The order has been placed, paid (bank module) and validated. It is accessible from the cart and the customer page in the admin, and i can see it in the database, but nothing in the order list!
