Enter unaltered html, css and js code into a CMS content page

I'm by no ways the most experienced coding genius, but I would like to build some CMS pages in my version 1.7 prestashop site based on custom html and maybe complemented with some css and short js style info. 

I keep getting the issue that tinyMCE is filtering out parts of my code which result in plain text without the formatting. I've already removed all css/js code while testing and put them in the custom.* files accordingly, but still have all input reformatted. I also disabled the HTML purifier to no avail.

When I made some sites with Joomla we could just exchange the tinyMCE editor with a plain text editor which allowed us to enter whatever we wanted.

Is there some way to do this with Prestashop (my current version is 1.7.2.0) ?

Is there a place in the codebase that needs altering in order to get this done ?
