Parameter in URL to CMS page

I want to create a button on product.tpl.

This button go to a CMS page link but I want in URL add a parameter (id_product).

For example the URL must look like : http://www.mywebsite.com/content/1-my-cms-page&id_product=XXXXXXX

Have you an idea please ?
