Product customization - where does the field content get saved for admin view?

I recently added 3 custom fields to my shop for customers to provide some data before check out. However, I cannot tell where the data is recorded for admin view. Where am I missing it?

It should be visible in the orders panel.

Unfortunately its not. Or is it the theme that I am using? I am using Newyork Theme.

It's not related to theme, cause it's a core functionality. Do you see the customized fields when you add the product to the cart? It should be a line below the product line in cart table. Or just show us the shop and we'll take a look.
