Cart empty after cancelled payment action

Hello,

i have problem with canceled payments and cart.

Customer selected the goods and started the payment procedure and durig this procedure he canceled payment. Then he was returned to his cart, but in the cart was written “cart is empty”. But if you look in admin area it shows that the goods are still in customers cart.

Has anybody experienced such problem?
How to solve this problem?
