Select shipping country on head (drop down)

I am looking for a module that allows the customer to select their shipping country from a drop down in the head section. Upon selection of the country, the default behauvior of product prices, discounts, applicable taxes and shipping cost should load as per the selected country. I have seen this on several shops, but wasn't able to find such addon. 

Note: I am not looking for a language/currency/shop switcher. I am looking for an option to apply the above on the current shop with the current language and current currency.

I don't think this will be useful. Shipping rates are calculated only after login of customer. Prestashop already uses geolocation. You should opt for another possibility. Furthermore it could be possible that country x has more than one carrier, so the pre-calculation is not accurate enough and useless in this case.
