PayPal v3.11.4 module- where can i download it from

I installed the new PayPal v4.3.1 module but it seems they api doenst support my currency (pesos) and it screws my refunds up and i get charged a currency conversion rate on refunds. The backend doesnt allow me to change the deliver process from received payment to shipped, refunded, cancelled etc. Massive problem.

Does anyone know where i can download the PayPal v3.11.4 version as that works fine. 

or

Is it possible to just copy the PayPal v3.11.4 version from my other site to the modules dir in my new shop. Will it screw my site if i do?

I tried installing a Prestashop 1.6 old version of Paypal module but it didnt work on my Prestashop 1.7. The new PayPal v4.3.1 module throw up these errors:

 

error_code : 10609;
error_message : Transaction id is invalid.;

 

status : Failure;

error_code : 10009;
error_message : This transaction has already been fully refunded;
