prestashop web service Prestashop Auth Key working for Customers and not for Prouducts and Sales Order

We are using Prestashop 1.6. We are using Webservice to integrate Prestashop with other system. We have enabled  multishop in prestashop. 

We have created Auth key for 3 store. But auth key is only working for customer resource and not for product and orders resource. So we are unable to get the

data from products and sales orders through Auth Key.

We also checked the permissions given to the resources which are correct still we are unable to retrieve the products and orders from  store through web service.

How to configure the same auth key for multistore? Or is there any settings/permission should we given so that auth key will work for customers,products and sales orders.
