sampsonzak Posted February 4, 2018 Share Posted February 4, 2018 On my site with the contact us form, the title of the message sent to the customer as confirmation I think looks very messy and confusing. EX: Your message no. ct13 has been correctly sent (thread ID tcOijtpdvSoCMy) Am I able to change this? To remove the thread ID junk? Or turn them into numbers? 0001 would look nicer and easier for my (elderly) customers to understand. Or can I simply change it to 'Your message has been sent' instead? <-- I'd prefer that.
