papuki
HelloRecently I have thought of something similar and I have worked with the help of this post. You have to access the table of the database which stores the password and change it. To generate new looks in http://www.md5.fr/.The post is as follows: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/39918/P15/discusin_general/procedimiento_cambio_de_password.Hope you can help. I do not know if this is well written and I used a translator.Good luck and greetingspapuki

GaryB
Thanks. I stumbled onto the answer to my problem.I thought the path to my administration was (for example):http://www.myshopsname.com/administration/...but it turned out it was:http://www.myshopsname.com/~username/administration/(username was assigned by my hosting provider)Once I figured that out, I was able to log in and add a couple of new administrators for myself to give me some peace of mind. The newadmin.php file worked just fine, but I was puzzled for awhile because I thought it was going to send me a confirmation e-mail to the address I typed in to verify I'd actually done something.
