Theme change

I Just want to change the theme for god sake.

I have two themes in my shop one is okay the other the legend is CONFIG

CONFIGURE WHAT ??? How ?
When i change to the new theme the wesbsite gos blanc.

How to solve this problem ??

Check your themes directory. Perhaps the config directory was accidentally copied there and PrestaShop thinks it is a theme. If there is a themes/config directory, delete it off your server and that it should disappear as a theme.

I installed my shop from the CPanel with softaculous and all is good ,after i bought new templates with new themes ,the instruction for this states that I should upload the new template to the themes folder.
I follow all instructios but after I cant change for the new theme ,I have this config all the time for the new theme.
I am stuck here.
There is any other options to upload a new Template / theme to any other folder to make it work?

No, it is the themes directory you should go it to. I think something went wrong when you installed the theme. I doubt the theme is called "config". When extracted correctly, the files should have the paths like themes/themename/index.tpl, themes/themename/css/global.css, themes/themename/img/blockheader.gif, etc. If your file paths are different than that, then it won't work.
