Azurafiles
make sure that the folder location where the upload goes, has the right writing permissions. If it does not have writing permission, then it wont upload (if that is the case)

Can you tell me how to check whether the folder location to upload is write permissions or not?I find it weird because I can upload the logo in Demo prestashop but I cannot do it in my current prestashop? rocky
As previously mentioned, you must check to make sure that the img directory (and its subdirectories) are chmod 755. What FTP client are you using? Some FTP clients have an option to change permissions. If yours doesn't, you'll need to login to the cPanel of your website and use the File Manager to change the permissions.
