where to add customer message on order confirmation PS 1.7

Hello!

I'm just wondering where a customer can add his/her message about the order product etc... on order confirmation page

There is no text box for it in quick-order???????

(It is about PS 1.7.2.4)

 

please advise...

 

but of course ps_emailalerts module  html/text templates contains the message lines in the end:

Customer message: {message}
