BO menu issue when changing DB login/pass / Prest 1.7

Hi

I'm trying to switch from one database to an other one (both private mysql DB on OVH).
I changed the revelant data on  parameters.php dans app/config (database_host, database_port, database_name, database_user et database_password)
The new paramaters are shown correctly on the back office "information" page and everything looks normal
But the left side menu content in the BO dissapeared..... 
And if I change back on paramaters.php to the previous values, it comes back normally.

Do anyone can help and tell me what is the problem ?
Do I missed something somehow ?

PS : is there a form I missed on the BO to change DB parameters ? like on the Prestashop previous versions
