Resize back office product-list images.

Hello,

As the title says, I am trying to figure out how to resize (make larger) the thumbnail image in the Back Office. I'm talking about the small image/thumbnail next the product name for the products listed under the different categories.

I would like to enlarge this thumbnail, but if not is it possible to make it link to open a new window/tab with a bigger image size? Like the image thumbnail in the product edit page (tab #2 - to upload more images for products)?

I noticed that this thumbnail is different from the other images... ithink it uses the cache and pulls its images from the img/tmp folder. I just need to know how to resize these "mini" images as they are cached and placed in this folder.
