Change shipping final value

Hello everyone. I am working in a store 1.7 and for a client I need to develop quite complex shipping rules, which even depend on the supplier. I can do those rules without problem and establish what is the price of the shipment, the issue is that I do not use the configuration of prestashop shipments for this case because there are variables that can not be evaluated.

My question is, if after making the account, how can I change that transport value automatically, that appears well at the checkout and when I choose the transporter that can be that shipping value or free in case pick up at the store.

I have not been able to determine if it is a global or session variable that stores that information, and since I can change it automatically, a change is made in the checkout.

This question is quite urgent, please, if someone can help me, I will thank you very much.
