Mailchimp integrattion created a problem

hello guys, before i have integrated mailchimp in my website prestashop sends email of order notification successfully, but after integrating mailchimp with my shop i am facing some issue related to customer order notification mails and whenever i am trying to send a test mail it shows the error "Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using 2 possible authenticators". although i am able to do it just beofore i added mailchimp to my shop. i am in trouble help me guys.

 

Note: i have uninstatalled mailchimp and even after i am facing same issue.
