Remove add to cart button or add an options button for products with attributes PrestaShop 1.7

Hi i'm using prestashop 1.7 and got this wierd thing going on right now.

I have a product that can be adjusted. a different link can be chosen on each side.
The problem is in the following,
If you look at all the products you see add to the car standing next to the product while still having to choose what the customer wants at both ends.
In the back office is the button show button "add to cart when product got attributes". I have now switched it off. but even if I change this to, there is still an ankle button to add to cart. This must be possible differently ....
