Help, combinations csv import, too much time wasted

Dear All,

i have wasted too much searching all topics with no actual solution.

I have no problem with product import using csv, but with combinations, i always get a time out although i am just updating 1 product with 2 combinations.

After the time out, i see that only the first combination is updated.

what i suspect is something is wrong with my csv, therefore i would like some help here. 

my csv as below.

i added a new second column because i see that when i upload the csv, the second column is missing from the sample combinations file.
