Cant log in

Hi I am having problems logging into my admin control panel when I put in my e-mail and password I get an error message saying.

There is 1 error
1. employee does not exist, or bad password

So then I tried clicking on forgot password and then I put in my e-mail address and I got this message.

There is 1 error
1. this account doesn’t exist

Please let me know what I need to do.

try check what's in the DB, the table should be ps_employee.

- If you not enter the wrong email + password. i guess there are some bugs in your code and your site are opening the debug mode. So it can't login. So if it is opening => Disable it.

- Else, maybe you need to change the password in database.

Hi Daniel,

DB is your database, you should have created one for installing Prestashop.

Or, check out what Vince suggests, maybe you have debug mode on: in config->defines.inc.php you should set _PS_DEBUG_MODE_ to false (if you are using PS version 1.6.1.X).
