Add google AdWords and Facebook pixel to custom page

Hi,

I have a custom checkout which is located in my modules directory. 

In which file should I add the script to make it show up in my order confirmation page?

Or if I buy a module, should I add a hook to that page or something? 

The .tpl? Or in a .js file? Or any else?
