I think in your case you can use this module:

https://addons.prestashop.com/en/international-localization/7363-auto-change-language-and-currency-geolocation.html

with small custom code to show country flag.

and it has worked fine for a few years. Changes the store currency and language based on the geolocation of the IP.

It does not comply with what I want, I want as well as in Paypal, which appears the flag of each country, locates it with the IP
