Sub-Categories not displaying

I am building a site for someone, and I built it on my local machine running CentOS7. I ran into some issues moving it to inmotion hosting, but got most of the site up and running that I know of. Still waiting for photos from the owner before making it live. But I am having an issue, my drop down menu does not work anymore after migrating. After doing some searching, it seems that my items are not showing sub menus anymore. As you can see in the first photo, I have subcategories setup for the Cut and Curl category. In the second picture if you look at the Heart Candles at the top they all have a category of a size. But in the third screen shot, that size is no longer listed and I cannot click it. or expand it any farther. How am I able to fix this?

 

Also if I add another sub category it shows as position 2 and actually shows up in the drop down on the front end. So it seems in my export my categories got messed up. Any one know of a way to fix this without having to delete all my subcategories and remaking them, that way I do not have to go through each product again and reassign categories?
