rawcollections
some one tried to set up my edpq but it wont work, i'm not a computer expert so dont understand this but if someone can help it would be much appriciated, the payments pages worked fine for cheque or cash on delivery but when i tried to put in paypal or edpq it shops an http 500 errorI've copie the e-mail from my computer person belowI did have a look at your site and performed the following:-> I've double checked the payment files and ePDQ settings against the website. They are OK-> I've uploaded the latest ePDQ modules files as downloaded through the source forge website. They are installed properly with the correct permissions,This means that all details for the integration were done and entered correctly.-> I have switched on the error log to see if there was any error in the checkout (which would explain the blank page). This has highlighted that one of the files from SourceForge has an error on it.The error is "Catchable fatal error: Object of class State could not be converted to string in /homepages/3/d328479807/htdocs/shop/modules/epdqcpi/epdqcpi.php on line 184"It happens when going to the url http://www.rawcollections.co.uk/shop/order.php?step=3This error should not happen and it not related to the eDPQ integration nor ePDQ details but just the file form SourceForge. This looks like a bug that needs to be reported.Note that after a quick look online too, it looks like it is not the first time there are similar issues after installing modules on PrestaShop. You should be able to raise a support incident with PrestaShop so they can have a look into it and fix it. Alternatively, if you are a member of the Presta Shop forum, you can send a message to the PrestaShop forum where you may be able to talk to the person who developed the module for ePDQ CPI whose files your site is using (Richard Hall).Note that to keep the site friendly, I have put back the settings to errors "off", so you wouldn't see this error when going to the url mentioned above (just the blank page). But I have mentioned those details to help your enquiry with PrestaShop.
