barbarakehm Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 I am using PrestaShop 1.6. After an item was returned, I tried to refund the customer's money. The system then said that order was more than 60 days old and could not be refunded. The order was two weeks old. I then refunded the money directly from PayPal. Now the system has created a credit slip giving the customer an undo enrichment. How do I cancel, delete or undo the credit slip? Thank you in advance for your help.
