panphila
I'm trying to change the theme in back office and after selecting the new theme and clicking save. I'm getting the update successful message. However, the theme is not changing and continues to remain on the default theme. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks! PrestaThemes.com
I'm assuming you've refreshed your browser? If not then do, if the new Theme has been uploaded correctly, which I assume it has as you have the option to select it, then it's possibly a compatibility issue with your PrestaShop version, however I would expect the Theme to display something, even if it looked wrong? panphila
I'm running the most current version of Prestashop, and previously was able to switch between themes. Not sure what happened but all the sudden the theme is stuck on the default theme. I have refreshed my browser and still the problem persists. Not sure what I need to do since it was working previously.
