Problem with the payment_return.tpl (I think...)

I am having problems that seem to be the same. I have my website translated to Dutch correctly, but somehow, after step 4 in the order-proccess the website seems to be switching back to English language (only when you get the option to pick the way you wanna pay).

Please take a look at the screenshot I made (see attachment)

I discovered another thing, like 5 minutes ago, that is that some other parts seem to be back in Englh as well, and I am 100% sure of the fact that thay were in Dutch yesterday. So there seems to be something that is making some parts of the translation switch back to English.

I checked all options (like in the admin section -> tools -> translations -> module translations & also the front-end translations. I also checked out the payment_return.tpl file and the nl.php & en.php files) but I can't seem to find what is causing this bug.

Anybody that might be able to help me out fixing this problem? I was about to test Prestashop and look in to it as our new Shopping Cart system, but if I can't fix this bug, I will have to search for another Shopping Cart system.

Nobody? I really think this must be a thing that can be fixed. I discovered a couple of new buggin' things. My New Products, Bestsellers and Specials all show up with products but the product info s in English.

How to fix this? Please anybody? I am even willng to pay some cash with Paypal just to get this fixed.

Nobody that is able or willing to help me out? I am even willing to cough up some cash for it. I am just stuck in this endless matrix of translation-bugs that PrestaShop seems to be having. Anybody? I mean I just can't imagine that a system that looks so damn good will not work for me because of some bugs in the part where it should be doing good translation jobs instead of leaving me lost in translation...

You have to change the translation of the bankwire module in the b.o. You can do this in languages>translations>modules. If this does not work check your files in modules/bankwire

Thanks Smenster, but I checked all those options a long time ago and they are all correctly.

For me it is translated here
\modules\bankwire\payment.tpl : {l s='Pay by bank wire (order process will be longer)' mod='bankwire'}
and then in the FR/ES . php
payment_eb1d50032721fa4c9d3518c417f91b9d

Could you copy paste your NL file and payment.tpl ?

I found the problem is in the theme, not in the the payment_return, because with the original theme, there is no problemwith the translation.

Hi guys,

I was being unhappy because of this as well for few hours

I tried this and it is working:

the thing is that there is missing payment_return.tpl in themes\matrice\modules\bankwire.

Copy that payment_return.tpl from modules\bankwire to themes\matrice\modules\bankwire

Then just go to translations in back office and make a translation of module matrice - payment_return /which was added into translations by copying that file payment_return.tpl into the theme directory..


I think there can be all the translation probs solved by this way.
