installing on godaddy .. wont pass step 3

Trying to install prestashop on godaddy hosting .... FIles copied fine , setup my database and when on step 3 it will verify my database perfectly and send test email with no problems , but when i click next it still says "You have to create a database, help available in readme_en.txt"

Any ideas on what im doing wrong or what i need to do to get pass this error ?

you have to check if your mysql user has granted to access all mysql function on your database.

Hi,

I am having the same issue at step 3.
Please see the screen shot. I tried following the steps pointed out on the other linked forum post but it didnt specifically address godaddy...

My error message is "You have to create a database, help available in readme_en.txt", so i think it is connecting to the database server but no finding my actual database...

Any ideas?

Use the database ip adress for the server

I ended up needing to transfer my stuff to a Linix server instead of Windows.
All worked out now
