fsssouth
Hi there,I wondered whether or not you could help me with a small problem I seem to be having with PrestaShop.I'm trialling the system at the moment and have set up 4 payment methods/modules being COD, Cheque, Bank Wire and Paypal. However, I've created a test customer account and tried to place an order but when I get to the payment page, I choose my preferred method of payment, press continue and am just presented with a blank page. A blank page within reason, all my sidebar modules and the page header appears but nothing within the body telling me how to go about my payment. Is there a reason for this and how may I fix it?The pages are:modules/cashondelivery/validation.phpmodules/bankwire/payment.phpmodules/cheque/payment.phpmodules/paypal/redirect.phpAnother small issue I seem to be having is that the voucher codes don't seem to be working, I enter them and press add but nothing is deducted, I've checked the settings and everything is correct as far as I am aware. Thanks for your helpJoe. rocky
It sounds like something is going wrong on your server. Try editing config/config.inc.php and temporarily changing 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on' so you get an error message instead of a blank page. Post the error message here. No error message comes up, still a blank page with my module blocks on the side and the header on the top
