Two URL address for one shop?

Hi,

I have an online shop and I'm planning on using two URL as its address like:

1.) http://shop1.myshop.com/ - subdomain

2.) http://www.myshop.com/shop1/ - direct path

Currently I've set it to work for 2.) but when I visit the subdomain URL I'm seeing the shop but without the images and css.

Is there a way to make this work? I need your input.

how about just confirming if this is even a possibility with the current version of prestashop?

I've never tried it, but I know you can add more subdomains by going to Tools > Subdomains. By default, only "www" is used as a subdomain. Try adding "shop1" and see whether that makes PrestaShop work on that subdomain.

I've tried that already and it doesn't work. images and css doesn't show up.

I think that would only work if my shop is installed in the root folder, like:

http://myshop.com/

with subdomain

http://shop1.myshop.com/
