Digital Products (Payment Recieved, but customer does not get the product)

A customer just made an order for a digital product, but the product did not show under his account.
It works fine by using a discount code, so any ideas what the problem could be.

I receive the payment, but the customer does not receive the product.

Hope for some help here :)

Orders/ Order Messages?

If so, then it says something about being out of stock.
New to prestashop, so not sure how I was suppose to setup a digital shop.
If this is the reason, then how can I setup my shop so products never go out of stock?

You can do 2 things:
1) Set a high number of stock (this also helps you keep track of how many items were ordered)
2) in the backoffice -> Preferences -> Products -> you can set it to allow out of stock orders, or disable the stock management altogether.
