Translate title

Hi ,anyone knows if is posible to translate a theme that wasn't compatible to my language? , I already went to the translations and translate to my languague all modules instaled and i already increase the max_input_vars ,but some blocks and words were not translated: so is it possible to do it by another way?

Your question is hopelessly vague. 

You are the one who is able to investigate which modules are involved and where they are placed on your server. You can do a text search for text fragments. And you can check whether a language file (like fr.php) is present or whether some text is hardcoded in the source.
