Recently i gotten this error on my Active Shopping cart

I don't know i can't see anything on Active shopping or Any shopping cart even abondon.

Please help tell me what should i do or need to replace , Thank you all for your help.

The best approach is probably to go to the database and look into the ps_address table for the entry with id number 41. Check whether it is present and check whether it has valid texts (just compare it with other addresses).

Thank you, I don't have ps_address , i have p***_address on my data base. I was viewing address part of the office don't have ID# 41.

Anything else may come in mind looking at the error everything help.

It is custom on this forum to refer to table as if you had defined the prefix as ps_. So congratulations that you have a different prefix but that shouldn't be relevant for solving your problem.

Obviously somewhere there is a reference to that refers to address 41. If it hasn't been defined you can do two things. You can either create one by duplicating another entry in the ps_address table and giving it id 41. Or you can find out what refers to it and make a change there. The most likely referring tables are ps_orders, ps_customer and ps_guest.
