waiting validation

Hello !

I purchased an addon a few days ago and it;'s still waiting validation.

I tried to google and found several confusing post.

some say I should post here.. others say just to wait.

on some posts the support got back to the user..

 

so anyhow.. what's the procedure of waiting validation?

is there a way to speed things up ? how can I prevent that from happening on future purchases  ?
