Website Administration login help

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to login to my PrestaShop website  http://www.lulushouseoftreasures.com.au/index.php 

Sadly my dear friend and webmaster who set up my website died three weeks ago and he overlooked to tell me the following information:

• who my hosting server is
• my website username
• website password,  and
• whether he set the site up in the Cloud or on his computer

 

Can anyone please tell me who I need to approach to get the above information and where I can access PrestaShop free written or video tutorials to enable me to continue with the completion of my site and ongoing maintenance and SEO and SEM?

If you don't have even know the name of your hosting provider, your question will become the quest for the holly grail...

Try first to find out who's hosting your website.

Have a look at https://www.whois.com and http://whois.ausregistry.com.au then enter your domain name and see what's coming out.

Would you please be so kind as to let me know the next step I must do to be able login to the admin of www.lulushouseoftreasures.com.au

The information I have as username - [email protected] and password - Blackie88 do not work for me, so I gather I am missing one step.

It might be helpful for you to know that Louisa Garrad is my daughter,  hence the name of the website being named after her nick name of Lulu.
