Delete mail box?

I have a problem. My e-shop is designed to operate on the basis of orders of goods, so I do not need to complete the box number in stock. I have zero everywhere and in order to s box where you can enter the mail (see picture). Can I delete box?

Go to Modules > Mail alerts v2.2 (in the Tools section) > Configure, then uncheck "Gives the customer the possibility to receive a notification for an available product if this one is out of stock".

I have a problem of mail. Business customers still send mail that the product is sold out. Content of the mail I deleted, I thought that would help but the shop send a blank mail.

And one more thing. How can I rename the subject of mail? Some are, in my translation Slovak but some remained in English. For example: Welcome! and Order confirmation

To translate the email subjects, edit mails//lang.php.

Copy the lang.php from another language that has translations, then change the translations to suit the language.

I found another problem which I need help.
When a customer opens a pdf invoice, it appears incorrect accents. Instead, there are question marks. I need to add code invoices to UTF8

How do I do?
