Changes not appearing cache not cleared

Hello i am having problems with a prestashop website. 

 

I have cleared the cache using prestashop back office as well as cleared the cache manually , my css changes appeared after deleting the cache but as soon as refresh the page again it get back to the old version. I try to create to delete the existing css file and it is the same. It always give me back the old version please help

Hi i am using prestashop 1.6 .

it is the module smartblog  i have changes the css directly in the theme module folder  and  it is not working
