How to send link payment page after create order from abandoned cart

Hi, when I create an order from abandoned cart, how can I send an email with payment page link?

I sow that before to click to create order button there is a link that send the email to the client with url to pay.

If I create an order before click on it? there is another way to send a client the page payment link?  from page order?
