shrubbs
Can anyone tell me what the user account API is for prestashop, so I can configure Paypal, they keep asking me for the user account API?Andy
dixie
The user API is the information you receive from PayPal after you sign up for the PayPal Pro account - they are the one's that should provide you with that information, but you have to apply for an account & be approved before you will be issued your API information. dixie
Do you have SSL on your server? Also, do you have "enable SSL" checked as YES on your 'Preferences' in the Back Office. Being new myself, that is the only help that I can provide.

anna79
Hi guys,I'm getting the same error and I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to have an SSL certificate (as when I activate the Credit Card payment in prestashops I get the message that tells me that my server has to support SSL).I'm a bit lost as I thought that the APi signature from Paypal would act as my "certificate".Could please someone throw any light on this?Does the SSL option need to be enabled on prestashop? If yes, do I then need an SSL certificate? Many thanks in advance!
