Genosha
Hello,Recently the PS shop I got running gave some unexpected not-seen-before errors. Somehow the shopping cart of some customers don't get emptied at checkout or filled during the process. Also the mail's aren't send to the e-mail of the shopowner. Now, cause the shopowner is on vacation, I need to upgrade the shop to it's most recent version to solve the problems that occured in the past few weeks. In the past I tried upgrading with the tool, but it never was succesful. I read about doing a clean install and then placing back all the files that you've back-uped in advantage. Is the upgrade tool fixed in the newest update to make it as easy as i.e. Wordpress? Or should I really reinstall the whole shop to it's latest version after backing up the database and shop files? Or is there any other way, like doing every update seperatly starting at the first after the version I run?
