Order: Amount and Products empty

Hey,

we setup Prestashop for a customer. After some weeks test phase we have now problems with the order process. After selecting "bankwire" or "paypal" the order confirmation appears, but in backend the order amount is "0.00" and no products inside.

In the logfile sometimes "Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart " appears. We tried to disable all not relevant modules, but nothing changed. 

Can someone help or any idea?

You are using a module or a patch and something doesn't work well. Both fields - id_customization and product_isbn - aren't really in the ps_order_detail table (OrderDetail class).

you are right, one module requests this missing values. Thanks for your help. Changed it by my own.
