"Pre-booking Programs" - Get a discount based on the ship date only

Hi
Does anyone know if we can institute our "Pre-booking Program" easily on Presta shop or is this something we would have to get programmed in?

We normally allow a customer to book an order now (before August 31), not take delivery before October 1st and get free product when they do this?

Is this part of the functionality?

I don't believe that is an existing option is Prestshop, there may be a module for that (but I never saw one).

This sounds like something you would have to customize, although it doesn't sounds like a very big job.
