Mirgration problem from 1.6 to version 1.7

Hello everyone,

 

I found strange issue when I upgrade PS version from 1.6 to 1.7. I found the following error :

Link to database cannot be established:SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known
at line 102 in file classes/db/DbPDO.php

 

config/setting.inc.php is empty in this case. I know the db details path has changed with PS 1.7 but it is not working from there. When I changed setting.inc.php and put the parameters there then it worked but I don't know if its a correct way to do it. Later I will get the following problem :

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Addon\Theme\ThemeManagerBuilder' not found

Anyone can help with this ?

the database configuration file is  in  \app\config\parameters.php  for ps 1.7,you can try to change  'database_host' => 'localhost',

to   'database_host' => '127.0.0.1',

I tried with that but doesn't work.
