Bonjour,

Je suis sur le BO et impossible d'afficher la page "produits"

voici l'url demandé :

https//site.fr/admin000/index.php/product/catalog?_token=11111

La page que vous cherchez n'a pas été trouvée.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide

Bonjour Koogar,

 

Avez-vous résolu votre PB ?
J'ai le même PB l'installation c'est bien passée avec la mise à jour des produits sans PB pendant plusieurs semaines mais maintenant des token tout le temps.

Aucun module d'ajouté, installé chez OVH en PHP 7

Bonjour,

cela fait 4 fois que j'installe la version en Local mais comme vous impossible d'accéder à la BO alors que le FO est accessible  ! J'ai cru que la version 1.7.2.3 fonctionnerai mieux mais c'est pareil, c'est une horreur !!! 

Avez-vous résolu votre problème si oui, comment ?

Je crois ne pas être la seule confronté à ce problème

BONJOUR à tous ce Bug n'est PAS RESOLU pour moi à fin 2021

Suis chez OVH

j'ai perdu l'accès au catalogue produits par ce Bug apparu à l'été 2021 ? donc longtemps après la refonte à neuf en version 1.7.1.2 d'un vieux site 

nota j'ai un autre probleme depuis le debut des "faux profils de clients " qui s'inscrivent et que j'efface régulièrement comme je n'utilise pas le site pour vendre à distance

je m'en fout un peu... MAIS suis bien curieux de comprendre et d' aider ceux pour qui c'est vital...

Habituellement j'utilise Safari Mais soudain quand je tente d'afficher le catalogue produits j'obtenais une page blanche 

j'essaye donc Chrome et là j'arrive à MIEUX afficher le BO et notamment le menu déroulant de Advanced Parameters/

DONC j'ai mis encode debug (ASTUCE ! >> gardez la page du BO ouverte sur le bouton du mode debug pour pouvoir repasser facilement le mode debug en Off) !!!

 

et ça m'a affiché plein d'erreurs notamment une dB erronée(Mod3 au lieu de Mod 1) voir ci dessous  

mais surtout je n'arrivais plus à me connecter :

ni au BO (heureusement j'avais gardé la page advanced parameters / Performance ouverte sur Chrome)

ni au site...

j'ai donc repassé le mode debug en OFF (après avoir copié tous les messages d'erreurs)

quand sous SAFARI  j'essaye d'afficher la page catalogue produits j'obtiens un message d'alerte

NOTA j'ai supprimé la dB mod3 mais à priori ce n'était pas la cause du bug puisque le probleme est apparu avant la suppression de la dB

j'ai essayé de voir si des optimisations pouvaient changer qq chose et en effet j'ai switché : 

 

Multi-front optimizations >Should be enabled if you want to avoid to store the smarty cache on NFS.

to YES + Save

mais ces options étaient déjà cochées 

Caching type >> X << File System

Clear cache >> X << Clear cache everytime something has been modified

 

Disable non PrestaShop modules to YES + Save

Disable all overrides to YES + Save

ET

Debug mode YES + Save

ET là il a fallu que je passe par le FTP pour remettre le mode Debug en OFF ...

 

Pour les versions 1.5.x, 1.6.x et 1.7 , le fichier est dans le dossier /config, mais il s’agit du defines.inc.php, éditez le et remplacer la ligne:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

par:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

Sauvegardez le fichier et renvoyez le si nécessaire également. (j'utilise BBEdit)

 

au passage j'ai glané d'autres informations d'erreur en mode debug

RESOLU ? mais pour combien de temps et pourquoi? 

après avoir décoché les trucs ci-dessus décrits 

j'ai cliqué sur "clear cache"dans

Advanced Parameters/ Performance voir image ci-joint 

ET 

en actualisant la page https://lavieenarts.fr/admin6275/index.php/product/catalog?_token=I603dzEo-SwNbJlOdW6kAJtq3PbNpxUOsESOkmHHkQE

j'ai enfin obtenu un affichage... des produits...
