Serena341
I would like to know if it's possible to get a support directly from Prestashop when we have a real question? Does Prestashop provide a minimum service without payment? I don't have access to my products any more in back office for few days, and I don't succeed to get any consistent answer from the forum, I really need to get prestashop themselves to check if I ve been hacked or if it s something that can happen sometimes and how to resolve. it's not a bug from my theme cause I've changed theme to check, it's not the theme. I m unable to work at all. How can we get to talk to them directly? Maybe in a specific forum? Thank you
Innosons
As far as I know Prestashop only offers paid plans for their support service. The least amount is €249 for 3 hours support during a one month period. Other questions and issues are expected to be placed on this forum I guess. endriu107
@Serena341 there is no support from team, moderators, ambassadors etc. If we help on forum we do it in our free time without payment for that. If you found a bug you can report it on the forge, in other cases probebly this is not a bug but somthing with your specific installation or with your serwer, version php, mysql, or mostly with third party component you use in store like themes or modules. Some modules override very important files. It is bettere sometime to hire specialist to check what is wrong then waiting for answer on forum. El Patron
The best place to communicate with PrestaShop is by creating an 'issue' for the PrestaShop version here: http://forge.prestashop.com there you can interact with PrestaShop developers.
